FLAT RATE SHIPPING
DUE TO INCREASED SHIPPING COSTS FROM ALL CARRIERS, WE'VE SWITCHED SHIPPING RATES BASED ON ZONES (DISTANCE PACKAGE HAS TO TRAVEL). We almost always usurp some amount of shipping when we ship your order to you. The further we ship, we are charged even more so we have had to make adjustments to offset those charges.

$120+ = FREE

$.01 - $149.99 = $10.00
$150+ = FREE
Zone 3 - AZ/CA/ID/ME/MT/NV/OR/UT/VT/WA

We Are Green. We do our best to be good stewards and whenever possible we will re-use shipping boxes and packaging when they are in good shape (believe me, we get bunches each week). So if you notice the outside box isn’t brand new, rest assured that everything inside has been packaged with lots of love and care.
When will my order ship? Will I be able to track my order?
Our goal is to fill every order within 24 hours (may be longer over the weekend or holidays). You will receive an email with notification of the tracking number as soon as your order is processed. If you haven’t received an email within 24 hours, check your spam folders.
Every shipment we send out is tracked by either a U.S. Post Office Tracking Number or a UPS Tracking Number. This tracking number will be in your email. You should be able to click your tracking number in the email to track it instantly. Or if need be, you can copy your tracking number and visit US Post Office Tracking or UPS Tracking.

What method do you use for shipping?
We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). We get the best rates via these methods.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Can I return/exchange an item?
Returns. For online purchases only, please email [email protected] if you'd like to make a return or exchange so we can send you our return address and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. We cannot accept returns after 14 days of the original purchase date and without a RMA number. You are responsible for the shipping fees to mail the items back to the store. When the items are received, we will inspect the items and if there has been no use or damage, a refund will be issued. Please note that shipping charges will be deducted from the refund total even if you received free or discounted shipping on the original order. If the item is damages, we can not issue a refund.
Exchanges. We also accept exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date. The customer is responsible for the shipping fees to mail the items back to us. When the undamaged items are received, a refund will be issued. Once the refund is issued, you are welcome to submit another item. If the items are damaged in the return shipping, a refund can not be issued. Please email us at [email protected] if you'd like to make a return or exchange so we can send you our return address and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
What if an item is damaged in transit?
There are times when items get damaged in transit and we will do our best to make it right. Please take several pictures of any damage to the product and packaging and send to [email protected]. We will be required to submit the pictures to the shipping company in order to process a damage claim.
What if I refuse a shipment?
If your order is undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused, we will refund the order upon it's return minus the shipping costs that were paid to USPS/UPS. Please note, If you received discounted or free shipping, the actually shipping costs will still be deducted from the refund total.
